Peanut Butter Noodles
8 oz. pasta, any short fun shape
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 TBSP honey
1-2 TBSP teriyaki sauce
1/4 tsp ground fresh ginger
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
Combine the remaining ingredients with 1/2 cup warm water in a small mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth. Combine with the pasta and toss until the sauce coats the pasta evenly. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Sounds yummy but is it a dinner food? Have you added nuts or anything else to this. I bet kids would love it too.
I’ve made it for dinner if I don’t feel like cooking anything else. It’s a great lunch. Sometimes I use crunchy peanut butter. The key is fresh ginger. Yum!
Tried it for lunch today. It was pretty good. I did have to say I think it was missing the jelly though. Really it’s pretty good and I think I will make it for the grandkids and put fun noodles in it. Very healthy and served with apples slices and cold milk. YUM!!!!
